The vaccines will be given first for:
- People working in hospitals, pharmacies, first-aid workers and security personnel
- Pregnant women
- The elderly (those older than 60)
- People with asthma and/or chronic illnesses (chronic bronchitis, mutliple scelerosis etc.)
- HIV patients
The availability and distribution of the vaccines depend on various factors, so if you fall into any one of the above categories, please check with your doctor immediately.
Read more about it here (heads up: article in German, duh?) and remember to ask your doctor about it or at least google for information.

@Dewdrop and Bharath
what is happening in India?
In India?? as usual nothing.. it was on the headlines for 4 weeks then the cost cutting/economy class news came followed by Shashi Tharoor's cattle class, then flood in AP and karnataka, maharashtra election and now India-Aus one days series has completely pushed this to some 12 or 13th sheet news..!! Only thing happened is the road side vendors made quiet a bit of money by selling cotton masks!!!
