They will not accept a passport number. If the credit card is stolen or lost before the customer can use the ticket, there is no way to change the ID number on the ticket. Customer service says that you must cancel that ticket and buy a new one. But there may be only expensive tickets left, at that short notice, so you end up paying a lot more.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2413207868821089033.post-46556259643519842602010-08-14T17:25:13.116+02:002010-08-14T17:25:13.116+02:00@Muni: I agree with u, that DB can charge little a...@Muni: I agree with u, that DB can charge little amount for dup ticket.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16341357345657969773noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2413207868821089033.post-15624994832658126552010-08-13T02:55:52.738+02:002010-08-13T02:55:52.738+02:00I think this company is really needing some kind o...I think this company is really needing some kind of European support services , don't you think?
Nice post, thanks for sharingMelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06773213517651089597noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2413207868821089033.post-72805298567964154612010-08-11T23:34:54.935+02:002010-08-11T23:34:54.935+02:00@Anand

I mean the 'basic' service. Like Deepak says, there is just a fine for not having the e-ticket (so forgetfulness of the customer is accounter for and is forgiven).Sowmya Gopalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09801913358584597094noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2413207868821089033.post-86371891504550172852010-08-11T16:27:38.651+02:002010-08-11T16:27:38.651+02:00here if u dont hv the e-ticket it is 50rs fine...o...here if u dont hv the e-ticket it is 50rs fine...only if u dont produce a valid id its an issue here....Deepak Ghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13323555563312311679noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2413207868821089033.post-55538108462941988672010-08-11T16:14:15.364+02:002010-08-11T16:14:15.364+02:00Well just curious.. is it because it was Chinese o...Well just curious.. is it because it was Chinese or in general even to other German/Europeans the service is poor..

interesting that you say customer service in India is better..
its tough to get a ticket in the last minute in Indian railways or in state transport unless you are ready to compromise on your ethics and bribe people.. am not being cynical .. just another perspective from here..

Cheers,
-AnandAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
